 Post title: Office Manager/ Administrator

Parents Plus is seeking an Office Manager and Administrator who has excellent management and IT skills and who is a great team player. The ideal candidate will be a multi-tasker, able to contribute to all tasks in the office from booking and organising trainings, to communicating with clients via phone and email, as well as supporting the CEO in managing the organisation.

Responsibilities include

  • Maintaining relationships with professionals by phone and email
  • Updating and maintaining customer information on the CRM database
  • Supporting the production of training proposals and the preparation of training materials
  • Finance / Accounts: Invoicing of customers and accounts keeping
  • Event management: Manage the running of Parents Plus events, such as the national conference or any events that arise
  • Sales Support: Support the sales of training to professional agencies and networks
  • Supporting and assisting the CEO in the running of the charity
  • General administrative work, projects and office duties

Person requirements

  • Experience and training in administration and/or accounts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude and able to get on with people
  • Responsible, reliable and professional attitude
  • Knowledgeable in office organisation
  • Experienced with MS Office. Specific knowledge of Salesforce CRM database would be an advantage
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, organised, good reasoning and analytical skills
  • Excellent time-management skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise projects and meet deadlines
  • Has an appreciation of the work and mission of the Parents Plus Charity with a desire to learn and develop within the organisation

Conditions

Part-time (20-28 hours over a week), based in the Mater Hospital, Eccles Street, Dublin 7

€25,000- €30,000 (pro rata, based on 37 hour week) depending on experience.
