The Role:

The Marie Keating Foundation is now seeking a creative and strategic new member of their team who will play an important role within the Individual Giving Fundraising team, working on a variety of direct marketing campaigns, with a focus on face-to-face campaigns, to maintain and grow their income from individuals.

Individual Giving plays a major part in the Foundation’s plans for growth over the next 4 years, you will work closely with their Head of IG and in some cases the Director of Communications and Engagement towards  achieving targets as part of your role.

The successful candidate will ideally have fundraising experience, but the Marie Keating Foundation will also  welcome applicants  who are hoping to develop their career in fundraising.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Help develop and create effective fundraising appeals and campaigns.
  • Manage the donor database and be proficient in the use of a CRM System.
  • Manage activity for the recruitment of new donors and the retention and development of existing donors.
  • Contribute to the development of the Marie Keating Foundation supporter care programme to ensure their donors feel engaged with the Foundation’s work and feel they are an integral part of the impact of MKF programmes.
  • Assist supporters and donors with queries and complaints in a timely and polite fashion.
  • Help to deliver the Individual Giving Fundraising Strategy with a view to taking on specific income generating projects
