Dyspraxia DCD Ireland focusses on the advancement of knowledge of dyspraxia/DCD in Irish society including education, employment and health. We are looking for an ambitious and strategic leader to help bring the organisation to the next level of development and growth. Candidates will have an understanding of the charity sector and the regulatory landscape while demonstrating a strong commitment to the goals of the organisation to deliver the right combination of strategic insight and hands on approach.
The role requires strategic thinking and an ability to drive operational performance. Working with a small team the role requires flexibility and a "can do" attitude. You will develop strategies to amplify our advocacy work, deliver projects consistent with our strategic plan and drive sustainable funding initiatives. Experience of leading small agile organisations is required. The role will work closely with the Board of Directors of the organisation.
