We believe in an Ireland where everyone feels they belong. An Ireland where people are equal, and communities thrive. An Ireland where everyone has a voice. We stand for a fair, caring and vibrant Ireland for now and the future.
The Community Foundation for Ireland is a registered charity established in 2000 to help empower donors who want to make a real difference in their communities by tackling social issues effectively. We have awarded over €50 million in grants to voluntary, community and non-profit organisations since 2000. We award grants from our own funds in addition to grants we administer on behalf of families, individuals, corporates and trusts and foundations.
The Community Foundation for Ireland are now seeking a Senior Philanthropy and Development Advisor to support existing donor relationships and cultivate new ones. The Senior Philanthropy and Development Advisor will be responsible for developing philanthropic giving across the organisation, in conjunction with the Head of Development.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and influencing skills, and should have substantial experience forming, nurturing and maintaining relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and potential donors.
In order to succeed in this role, the Senior Philanthropy and Development Advisor will ideally possess demonstrable experience in business development, private client management, and/or wealth management.
If you're an ambitious self-starter with well-established networks and experience of engaging with senior, successful entrepreneurs and business owners and a passion for the work and values of the Community Foundation for Ireland, we would love to hear from you!
